Rover numbers allow pet owners and sitters to call and text each other while keeping their actual phone numbers private. Unique Rover numbers are assigned to each pet owner/sitter relationship. Once you’ve established a conversation with a sitter or pet owner, the Rover number for that relationship will remain the same, no matter how many bookings you have with the pet owner or sitter.
Rover Tip: To contact a Rover number, you must call or text from the number listed in your Rover account. To update or add a phone number, go here.
